Often while smoking, thinking about what it's doing to your health is probably a common thought. You also likely worry about how difficult it might be to quit smoking. Nicotine is highly addictive, and to stop smoking—particularly without help—may be difficult. In truth, most people don't experience success the first time they try to quit using tobacco. It will probably take more than one try, but you can stop smoking.
