If you are not able to pay your balance in full at this time, please contact our Patient Account Specialists to make payment arrangements. This may avoid your account being sent to collections; however, this will depend on your individual financial situation. We make every effort possible to work with our patients who are facing serious financial hardship. We may ask you to complete a Financial Hardship Questionnaire in certain circumstances. If you have questions about your bill statement, please contact our billing department via email, telephone, or through patient portal.
